Hello Dear Reader,
Anything that takes time can and does hit a wall? Building your own home brick by brick will properly get on your nerves. It won't be built by Friday and you'll be at it for years before you're finished. If you're studying at college, you won't get honours by next week, there will be research, reading, lectures, exams and a dissertation. Paying off debt means you'll be living with less, going without and saying no for a very long time before you have money in your pocket again and as sure as heck won't pay it off over night.
Now with all that in mind and being a very reasonable person, I am fed right up that I haven't lost any weight this week! I know it doesn't come off all at once and every pound I have was out there by my own actions.
Brick walls? Plateau? What ever it's called......it's a bummer!!
I'm off for an early night and wake myself up tomorrow in a much better mood!
