Hello Dear Reader,

Who is running the race for life? If you are, then let's do a wee bloggy hop and share with the world. For non Brits, The race for life is a 5K run held in various towns and cities all over the UK. Thousands of women take part and I've had this on my bucket list for years. Every day, I run a 1K warm up and once a week, I run 5K but only on a tread mill in the gym. I'm crap at running and really feel as if there is a satellite delay whilst my arse catches up! Even though I'm crap and slower than a tortoise on valium, I'm still going to do this. This year, the route in Plymouth is around Plymouth Hoe.

You will see me fitting in as much running as I can over the next few months: around Siblyback lack, around Plymouth Hoe and around Liskeard. Give me a cheer or oxygen when you see me!

For years, I've wanted to and not believed that I could run the distance but even if I have to finish the route crawling, then I will be there and I will do it. The money raised goes to Cancer Research. I'm going to be running for a young man I know who's been fighting cancer for over a year and he is literally kicking cancer's butt!

I know you will all be there with me every step of the way.

Sunday 22nd June!

11 am!

Cheer me on!

If you live nearby Dear Reader and are taking part then let me know and we can cheer each other on xxxx

Until tomorrow,

Love Froogs xxx
