Thanks for writing again, things are really tough for you right now but hang in there. You are doing well; the children are fine and you are feeding them the best you can. I'm glad (as I can be under the circumstances) that you've found your local food bank and that you are getting some much needed support. You asked again, if I could put a menu plan together for you and include some of the items you will get from the food bank. I know you can afford a bit more than this in your budget for food and I know you are adding tinned and fresh fruit and more bread to make toast when they get hungry. I also know that you've budgeted for items such as loo rolls, cleaning and personal hygiene products. You are doing so well with your budget.
This time, I've also included the shopping list and I will be cooking this in the coming week and this will be our menu from Friday onwards.
Here, and I know the pictures are blurry as they are copied and pasted from the supermarket website, is the online shopping list. The delivery charge is cheaper than the bus or a taxi and it's also less stress for you when you have to walk there with the little one in the buggy and it means you can get it all in one go. I chose the mentioned supermarket as you said that's where you normally go.
Here's the shopping list, which I have also included in the menu plan spreadsheet. It is the under £40 menu plan as asked for. I really hope it helps and I'm delighted to the point of being thrilled that you are managing to put three meals on a day for yourself, your partner and the children.

I'm going to be cooking this exact menu to a food workshop next Saturday and participants will get the chance to eat food, take it home and try it and sit down with everyone they have cooked with and their children and all eat their very own 'tasting menu'. We will also try our hands at menu planning, writing a food budget and shopping list to experience tasty frugal food.
